Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchange for any of our products purchased within 30 days for any reason. If you would like to request a return or exchange for a damaged or defective product, please contact us at the email customercare@householdeasy.com within 30 days of the purchase date. Attach a picture of the packing box containing the shipping information and a picture of the item you received in the email customercare@householdeasy.com. We will look into the case once we receive your email, then offer you some solutions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive confirmation that the product has been sent back to us, your refund will be immediately issued back to your original form of payment. Refunds may show up on your credit/debit card up to ten (10) business days after we have initiated the refund. If 30 days have passed since you placed an order, we typically do not offer returns, however we encourage you to reach out to our customer service at customercare@householdeasy.com we will always do our best to provide you with a fast and effective solution.
